Libanan backs Balangkayan priority projects

House Minority Leader and 4Ps Party-list Rep. Marcelino “Nonoy” Libanan visited Balangkayan, Eastern Samar to personally look into the municipality’s development needs and priority projects.

Mayor Allan Contado said Libanan inspected the Balangkayan Seawall during his visit, one of the projects the municipal government is seeking funding support for.

The mayor also presented the proposed completion of road networks and farm-to-market roads, as well as the reconstruction of the new municipal building.

Contado said Libanan expressed his support for the projects during the visit.

The mayor thanked the House minority leader for taking time to see the projects and discuss the needs of the municipality.

“Dako nga salamat, Congressman Nonoy Libanan, han imo panahon, suporta, ngan padayon nga pagtagad ha panginahanglan han mga Balangkayanon,” Contado said.

“Your commitment and support for Balangkayan are deeply appreciated,” he added.
