Mandaue City Congresswoman Emmarie “Lollipop” Ouano-Dizon expressed her gratitude after receiving a special gift from the National Shrine of St. Joseph as it celebrates its Silver Jubilee.

Ouano-Dizon thanked Rev. Msgr. Roger Fuentes, Fr. Ian Fel Balanig, and the shrine’s pastors for the thoughtful present featuring the Patrocinio de San Jose, saying she felt truly blessed to receive another meaningful symbol of faith.

The solon also joined the Mandauehanons in celebrating the milestone of one of the city’s most important religious institutions.

For Cong. Lollipop, the gift was more than a keepsake—it was a reminder of faith, gratitude, and the enduring devotion of the Mandaue community to Señor San Jose.
